Here's the
Crisis Novena
Crisis Resources

Recommend to a Friend
Novena is a nine-day period of prayers. I'll provide a new
exercise for each of nine days, a suggested prayer and
suggestions for further prayer on each day. You can tailor them
to meet your own needs. For example, if you've never prayed the
Rosary because you're not Catholic, it wouldn't be very helpful
to require you to learn it today, a day when you might not be
too excited about learning something new. It makes much more
sense to substitute prayer experiences you're already
comfortable with.
Click the link for Day One.
A PDF file will open. Please don't open all nine at one time. It's
best to deal only with one day at a time. Let each day's
exercise build on the previous day's. It's best for us not to
ponder the whole process at once and try to figure out how it
will work. God is the one who will work. We need to allow
space for him to do that. Tomorrow, come back and click Day
Two, and so on:
Crisis
Resources! When we're in a crisis situation, it's hard for us
to imagine anybody else has been in a similar situation.
Chances are there are many who have experienced something
similar. We can make good use of the experience, strength and
hope of others. I provide these links for your use. You may
find some very helpful ideas right here. If you don't find what
you need but later find a good Internet or other resource,
e-mail and let me know. I'll consider adding it to the Site.

Again, know that you're very
much in my prayers. Keep me in yours, too! And remember the
words of Psalm 46:10, "Be still and know that I am God."
